Long Distance Fuel Capacity
There are no filling stations in the great outdoors. Arctic Cat is ever mindful that long-distance trips require extended range. Additionally, moving the tank back balances the ride and creates an extra storage area for small carry-ons.

Duramatic Automatic Transmission
With the exception of our youth models, all of our ATVs are available with an automatic CVT transmission with engine braking and Hi/Low, neutral and reverse.

H2 V-Twin 1000
Designed and manufactured by Arctic Cat, the H2 engine is a V-Twin, EFI 4-stroke with dynamic engine braking. Crafted for mind-blowing power and acceleration. The H in H2 stands for hemispherical combustion chamber. The primary advantage of this design is more complete, more efficient combustion.
Spihe Load Damper
To handle 1000 H2’s enormous output, we have engineered a rear differential to deliver maximum power to the tires with minimum driveline wear.
